Appaloosas From Foundation Bloodlines
The Keenan Ranch has been breeding appaloosas focusing on foundation bloodlines since 2013. Our herd sire is DREA Chewelah Celilo. We purchased Chewy as a yearling in 2011 from Decker Red Eagle Appaloosas out of Alvadore, Oregon. Our stallion and all of our mares are 6 panel clear. Photo at right is KR Nightwinds Thunder(ApHC pending). Thunder was born May 21, 2025, out of Ochoco Midnightmagic.
F-1 Angus/Hereford Cross Cattle
We are a cattle ranch based in southeastern Montana. We produce black baldy calves from Hereford bulls bred to black Angus cows from top genetics. Please view our cattle page to learn more about our program.
